This Day, That Year

I know it was not your fault
I know it was merely fate’s play
I know you tried to break the dark vault
But there lay demons you could not slay

I know I should have tried some more
I know I failed you in that test
I know I should have been stronger than ever before
Coz you deserved a daughter better than the best

A brilliant man
A loving husband
A perfect father

You played all them parts with apparent ease
Forgive me for not pulling you through
Forgive me, if you please!

    • Hey

Thanks. Yeah, I made it myself. It uses one of the free themes available on wordpress. You can purchase others as well…with lots of features.
      Hope this helps.

      Cheers

  3. You’re such an idiot, babe. There was never any chance of the daughter being anything less than a blessing. Trust me on this.
